  • Collins Baker, Integrative Wellness Coach

    Collins received a certificate in Wellness Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She is trained to help clients to adopt new emotional, physical, behavioral and lifestyle habits to enhance overall health and well-being. She is certified in Brain Health from Amen University. Additionally, Collins holds a BA from Colgate University.

    She spent 20 years at Conde Nast, a premier media company (featuring brands such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest, Bon Appetit). She led teams in strategic marketing, content marketing, sales and corporate events.  Collins moved full-time from Rye, NY to Vermont in 2020 with her husband and 2 sons.

  • Jill Baker, Family Nurse Practitioner and Wellness Coach

    Jill is an integrative wellness and performance coach. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 25 years and left her internal medicine practice three years ago to focus on the non negotiables of health optimization and longevity for private coaching clients. 

    She has subspecialties in women's health, restorative medicine, and lifestyle medicine. She attended UC Davis as an undergraduate and earned graduate degrees at Columbia University and the University of California, San Francisco. She is a member of The North American Menopause Society and The American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Jill lives in Marin with her husband and three teenagers.

  • Susan Cole Callahan, Integrative Wellness Coach

    Susan has been in the wellness space for 20 years. Susan is the author of Mothers Need Time Outs,Too, (McGraw Hill 2008) which highlighted self care strategies for mothers. Susan co-founded Well & Ready, LLC which supported individuals in the workplace with wellness tools. 

    She received her certification in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and her Speciality in Brain Health from the Amen Clinics.  Susan is trained in assisting groups to adopt science-based, sustainable lifestyle habits that can enhance overall emotional, physical, and behavioral health.
