The Practice

We are delighted to announce The Practice, a year long program that helps women to live better longer by harnessing the power of brain health, physical health, mindset and purpose within a community experience.

We are at a pivotal moment in our lives:  We’ve got hormone changes and major shifts at home. The empty nest juxtaposed against caring for aging parents. Adult children in and out. Travel. Living in new places. 

Learning in a community of like minded women who are dealing with the wildness of physical, social, and emotional transition helps to make positive lifestyle change so much more of a reality. Purposeful longevity is attainable for all us when we do the work.

The Practice Method weaves together a curriculum grounded in science backed data specific to women 45+ and supports customization of a wellness practice that optimizes your wellbeing now and for your next decades.
